THTTPTransport relies on activeX component

In the Delphi impl the client side THTTPTransport relies on an ActiveX component. There are certain scenarios where this can impose a problem due to restricted permissions under which the application runs, since creation of COM objects may be forbidden to the current user.

Hence, this should be changed.
