      Description

      Some unit tests are already ported to boost::unit_test, so let's finish the work, and maybe move them to lib/cpp/test for consistency.

        Does this work involve migrating thrift/test/cpp/ to thrift/lib/cpp/test/ ? Anything I should know about before attempting this?

        some tests within /lib/cpp/test do not use boost_test, they just printf
        I would love to have all tests using boost_test.

        the cross language tests are ok under test/cpp the thing they probably miss is the error code for specific tests as described here: http://thrift.apache.org/test/
