Description

multiple Haxe library fixes/improvements:

• TSocket ignores timeout on read()
• TFramedTransport throws Eof after first receive cycle
• TFramedTransport .flush() did not invoke the read callback
• incorrect declaration of logDelegate member variable
• added FlashDevelop project files
• added Haxe files to EXTRA_DIST etc.
• added haxelib.json control file for haxelib.org
