Description

The Visual Studio solution file for the C++ library is missing the files for Multiplexing support.

The following files need to be added to the solution:
processor/TMultiplexedProcessor.h
protocol/TMultiplexedProtocol.cpp
protocol/TMultiplexedProtocol.h
