Delphi TServerImpl.DefaultLogDelegate may stop the server with I/O-Error 105

When the server process has no console window allocated or assigned, the Writeln() statement in TServerImpl.DefaultLogDelegate() causes an I/O-error 105. The resulting exception lets the server fail instantly when the first client connects to the server.
