[THRIFT-2158] Compact, JSON, and SimpleJSON protocols are not working correctly

Description

The Binary Protocol works correctly, but appears to be the only protocol for Go which does.

I created a comprehensive struct that contains all of the data types available, and only binary protocol worked correctly. I was able to get the Compact protocol to work on simpler Structs.
