Description

Improvements to HTML Generator

• Removed HTML page name at <a href="..."> links for targets located in the same file
• Option added to embed CSS inline instead of style.css.

Both improvements are quite helpful in some situations, e.g. when the HTML is accessed in a way other than via the original file name, or when the separate CSS file cannot be provided along with the HTML for some reason.
