I would like to build the Java Library behind a proxy.

via:

ant -Dproxy.enabled=1 -Dproxy.host=myproxyhost

or via

./configure --with-java ANT_FLAGS='-Dproxy.enabled=1 -Dproxy.host=myproxyhost'
