Support for fetching credentials for mapreduce.job.hdfs-servers

    Description

      mapreduce.job.hdfs-servers is a property that JobClient looks at and fetches delegation tokens before submitting the job in MR. This is used lot of cross cluster communication. Would be good to have support added in Tez by default for that instead of multiple projects like Pig and Hive repeating it.
