Description

Hive on Tez still uses MapReduce jobclient to submit jobs in certain cases. When a session is already running - this causes unnecessary resource contention.
It's far simpler for Tez to handle this task kill (avoid unnecessary shimming etc in Hive)This will be a temporary patch to allow YARNRunner to kill an existing session. To be reverted soon.
