Description

When Auto Refresh is enabled. Some of the vertex data from ATS is superseded by data from AM. For running DAGs as AM sends endTime as 0. It causes the following issues

1. End Time is displayed as = 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00
2. Duration is displayed as = End time is less than or equal to zero!

Solution:
When Start or End time <= 0, it should be considered as 'Not Available!'.
