Description

ReconfigureVertex supports setting EdgeProperty now. So when deprecating the old setVertexParallelism method with the new reconfigureVertex method we should use the more general EdgeProperty instead of the earlier EdgeDescriptor (used in the deprecated method). Should have been done in TEZ-2740 but missed doing it. Since we have had only alpha 0.8 releases it should be safe to correct it now. The javadoc was correct but not the code.
