Load transaction pruning plugins in separate classloaders

    Description

      Transaction pruning plugin can contain classes that are incompatible with Transaction Manager or other transaction pruning plugin classes. It would be good to package the plugins in separate jars, and load them with classloader isolation so that they don't conflict with each other.
