Description

The website should link prominently to the Issue tracker, e.g. from:

http://taverna.incubator.apache.org/community/#contribute

http://taverna.incubator.apache.org/download/code/#contribute-to-apache-taverna

and probably the main "Community" menu.

The issue tracker is at:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAVERNA
but it is not too good as a landing page as it does not say how to create an issue (anyone can make an account), etc. The components are shown, that is at least good.
