Description

Want to ensure that provenance info is accessible during the workflow run. (Much important data will be written to the provenance store, e.g., what services are actually selected for use.)

Want to ensure that provenance info will have an appropriate lifetime after the workflow completes. Might require sending the data (in a file) elsewhere. Might require having a rump service to provide access to the provenance info after the rest of the workflow instance has gone.
