Description

Makes more sense to be able to configure whether running with provenance and data storage on a per run basis, rather than a global configuration setting.
Need to move these settings to the run dialogue.
Concideration needs to be given for when running a workflow without inputs, as this will normally result in no run-dialogue appearing before the workflow execution starts.
