      Description

Giving the same input twice via 2 different options gives a slightly confusing message:
sh executeworkflow.sh -inputvalue in blah -inputfile in /Users/alex/Desktop/test-pdf/CallingCard.pdf file:///Users/alex/Desktop/wfs/wf1.t2flow
The number of inputs provided does not match the number of input ports.
1 inputs were expected which are:
      'in'
1 inputs were provided which are:
      'in'

The same thing happens when one gives the same input twice via two same options:
sh executeworkflow.sh -inputvalue in blah -inputvalue in blah2 file:///Users/alex/Desktop/wfs/wf1.t2flow
The number of inputs provided does not match the number of input ports.
1 inputs were expected which are:
      'in'
1 inputs were provided which are:
      'in'
