Description

Some JARs are missing in the repository of the Taverna Commandline download.

On first run, it will download about 20 MB to ~/.taverna-cmd-2.2.0-20100706/repository

When run on the Taverna Server - this download will happen for each run, as each run has a different Taverna home directory.
