Description

It would be nice to be able to deploy a workflow instance on a back-end node of a cluster. Typically back-end nodes do not have direct access to the internet. Hence, a proxy service (e.g., running on the head-node of the cluster) is required to act as a mediator. (NB: Do not want to require the use of a proxy, just support one.)

SOCKS support would do it.
