Description

If Taverna 2 is given a WSDL activity such as getSynsets from http://bubbles.biosemantics.org:8180/axis/services/SynsetServer/SynsetServer.jws?wsdl then it interprets the output port getSynsetsReturn as being of depth 1. In reality it is an array of array of xsd string (as the information in the contextual view seems to know). With a depth of 1, a workflow using the service will not function correctly. However, altering the depth (manually) to 2, will allow the workflow to function.
