<div> tag around form hidden fields should not be visible

      Description

      Form rendering was changed since T4-b5 and now it wraps hidden fields with the div tag. Because of this, new blank space is appeared before first data inside form, and, of course, site layout becomes corrupted.

      Possible solutions are:
      1) Remove wrapping div
      2) Define a class attribute for the div equals to "hidden", for example

        From discussions on the mailing list, the best approach is to add a

        style="display: none;"

        to the <div>.
