Example web.xml in Configuring Tapestry section of UserGuide does not meet the dtd specification.

      Description

      The web.xml dtd defines that the <filter> and <filter-mapping> elements should appear before the <servlet> elements under <web-app>

      The example in the UserGude (under Configuring Tapestry) has these elements shown after the <servlet> one.

      My Eclipse + the Web Tools Platform generates an error when this ordering is wrong.
