[TAPESTRY-2731] IE7: During the second load of a page the message "can't execute code from a freed script" appears and further javascript initialization is ignored

Description

After a form submit the message "can't execute code from a freed script" appears in ie7. Unfortunately I cannot provide an example, because the page, where the error appears, is quite complicated and includes a lot of tapestry and our own components. I tried it to reproduce this behaviour in a small page, but there the exception is not be thrown. With the help of google i found out, that the problem is in the dojo library.

In addition I have fixed the custom dojo library on the basis of the suggestions in the dojo forum. Please find attached the patches for the custom dojo library.
