      Description

      It appears so far that Safari does not support the X-Requested-With header used to recognize Ajax requests. Thus the Ajax component events bomb on the return value.

        Also working out how to send a text/javascript response, but use the appropriate markup writer encoding.

        Found a related problem where the content type was null when performing a partial page render. That was certainly introduced in 5.0.7 and probably makes zone support broken.

        Perhaps was too hasty; it is failing, but I can see the X-Requested-With header using the debugger.
