Add localization support to DateField

      Description

      Would be a nice feature if the DateField component would provide a localized default pattern instead of the hardcoded "%m/%d/%y" pattern (especially when used in BeanEditor/Form)

          I've updated the bug to reflect the new DateField component, as per TAPESTRY-2069. It does not yet have good localization support on the client side.

          Although this has been marked as a duplicate, TAPESTRY-2198 was actually a little different, and I'd recommend considering the discussion in it.
