exception pages documentation example wanted and minor mistakes

    Description

      There is a mistake in the exception pages documentation.
      It says that the default implementation uses the contribution with configuration-id="tapestry.InfrastructureOverrides" where in fact it uses the contribution with configuration-id="tapestry.Infrastructure"
      Later on it states that one should create a contribution with configuration-id="tapestry.Infrastructure" in order to override the default behaviour but it should be a contribution with configuration-id="tapestry.InfrastructureOverrides".
      It should also say that the custom page class has to have a property called exception. An example would be great.
