Description

ThreadCleanupHub doesn't have a cleanupThread() method; because of this there's no way to cleanup a thread.

This is necessary when building a service that manages a thread pool; the Runnable for each thread is typically wrapped so as to cleanup the thread after the work is completed, but there's no API to do that.
