        We can get away of those issues by instructing our AjaxShellDelegate to also append
        a djConfig.locale entry.

        Here's a simple way to reproduce this:

        <form jwcid="@Form" listener="listener:test">
        <input jwcid="@DropdownDatePicker" value="ognl:new java.util.Date()"/>
        <div dojoType="datepicker"></div>
        </form>

        Only the second picker is shown (i.e. dojo isn't responsible for this)
