Description

After building Tapestry 4.0.2 with the attached shell script,
I visited http://140.109.22.133:8080/workbench/app and click the InspectorButton.
The Template / Properties / Engine links in the Inspector window didn't work.

Error message:
You have clicked on a stale link.
Action id 2 does not match component contrib:Inspector/$ViewTabs.select.
