    Description

The TapestryIOCModule is annotated with @PreventServiceDecoration meaning no IOC service can be advised, decorated or overridden.

Some IOC services are not that dangerous and should be allowed to be overridden (i.e. ClassNameLocator). Others (i.e. ClasspathURLConverter) were specifically created to be overridden!

The @PreventServiceDecoration should be removed from TapestryIOCModule and placed on specific IOC services that really shouldn't be tampered with.
