[TAP5-367] The Grid component's "There is no data to display." message should come from a message catalog, to support global overrides and localization

Description

It would be nice, if you can localize message "There is no data to display." in property file, to be able to change it globaly in all project instead of block overriding in every page which use Grid or writting own derived component.
