Description

As Apache as whole is moving away from Travis CI, the .travis.yml file needs to be removed for now.

For now, Tapestry will be build by Apache Jenkins only.

A transition to GitHub actions should be further evaluated, but first tries weren't that great. For example, it's quite hard to access the test results in the same fashion as before.
