[TAP5-2586] LinkSubmit context doesn't work inside Grid

I had a look at the issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-1658 and I think there is the same issue with the component LinkSubmit.
When I put a LinkSubmit with context and defer parameter set to false inside a Grid, the context I get in form submission is always related to the last element of the grid.

It's pretty easy to see the problen withe the small example that I attached to bug report (I got some inspiration form the original bug on the submit component).

I created my own LinkSubmit reporting the fix for TAP5-1658 and it works fine.
I added a comment on the issue, but I d'ont know how to proceed... Should I open a new issue on jira instead of adding comment in that issue ?
