Description

This appears to only happen on Windows, using Eclipse.

The error:

The project was not built due to "Could not delete 'T:\GitRepo\webapp\bin\META-INF\modules\script-name.coffee

My working theory is that some code inside Tapestry is opening a resource's inputStream and not closing it, causing it to stay locked (on Windows) until garbage collected.
