Embedded component: OS dependent error where Java class name and TML name have different case.

    Description

      If an embedded component class name differs from its corresponding TML in case it will cause the page render to fail on our linux environments but not Windows. A org.apache.tapestry5.ioc.internal.util.TapestryException is thrown with the following message:

      does not contain an embedded component with id 'promoZone'. Available components: (none).

TAP5-1007 When Tapestry is loading templates or other files on case-insensitive OSs (Windows) it should trigger an error if the file name case is incorrect (which will result in a runtime failure on case-sensitive OSs, such as Linux)
