Description

Unifiy Access to COnfiguration by ConfigurationProvider, hereby also adding an SPI that backups the singleton accessor directly to have built-in easier control on configuration management. Moving COnfigurationContext as well to the accessor, since it is highly coupled with Configuration. The ladder may be discussed on the mailing list.
