[TAJO-390] Queries on history are expired ealier than a given expiry time.

Description

QueryMaster keeps finished queries on the history. One cleaner thread periodically eliminates expired query information from the history. However, currently, finished queries are being removed earlier than the given expiry time.

This is a newbie issue.
