Description

With the addition of APIs and tools, SystemML's main compilation chain has been replicated multiple times (main, jmlc, mlcontext, debug). This redundancy creates really a maintenance hazard as shown by recent changes.

This task aims at consolidation by providing a configurable compilation chain.
