Description

The current runtime replacement of instructions with FED versions happens in the methods `checkAndReplaceCP()` and `checkAndReplaceSP()` of `FEDInstructionUtils`.

The code has a lot of branches and is hard to maintain. A better approach should be used. Also the need to implement a replacement for both CP and SP instructions should be removed.
