Add ability to search for Roles via the REST API

    Description

      It is currently not possible to search for roles via the REST API. You can, however, search for a list of users that are members of a particular role. But you may want the ability to search for a role by attributes, etc.

      Don't forget to refactor console's search panel accordingly.
