[SYNCOPE-31] User status is not propagated during update

Description

During update synchronization could be necessary to propagate the user status. Unfortunately, at the moment this doesn't happen.
Code must be changed into AbstractUserWorkflowAdapter class in order to retrieve and manage user status calling 'update' method.
