Description

Enduser UI uses two instances of org.apache.commons.io.monitor.FileAlterationMonitor for customFormAttributes.json and customTemplate.json active reload.

Such two instances, however, are not properly stopped on application shutdown, and this might lead to inconsistent behaviors, as reported in mailing list.
