[SYNCOPE-1297] Select all + bulk button redirecting to top of the page on click

Description

1. Create mor than 50 entities on Syncope, for example USERS. List of users has to overflow the page height, in order to activate scrolling.
2. Login into console and go to Realms -> Users tab and select page size 50, then click on "select all" bottom check box.
3. You'll see that the page scrolls unnecessarily to top.
   OR
4. Click on "select all" on the top of the page and then on bulk action (bottom gear button)
5. You'll see that the page, on click, scrolls unnecessarily to top.
