[SYNCOPE-1288] Propagation tasks list not keeping order while browsing pages

Description

• Create more than 10 Propagation tasks for a specific resource;
• Go to Admin Console, select specific resource and click on "Propagation tasks" from menu;
• Sort list by "Start date" or "End date";
• Set "Display rows" to 10;
• Note current order for page 1;
• Go to next pages.

=> list order should be messed up.
