[SYNCOPE-1139] StackOverflowError while serializing AuditEntry after propagation

Description

1. Login on Syncope as admin
2. Go to Configuration -> Audit
3. Enable PROPAGATION audit (SUCCESS and FAILURE) on resource (resource-ldap for example)
4. The go to Realms -> USER
5. Edit an existing user (puccini if on embedded environment) or create a new one
6. assign to the user a resource on which to do propagation (resource-ldap for example)
7. Save user and check logs through log viewer (Configuration -> Logs -> Log viewer).
8. You'll see the error in the attached image.
