[SYNCOPE-1135] Groups list not refreshing after realm change

Description

1. Login on Syncope Admin Console
2. Go to Realms -> USER and edit or create an user
3. Select a child realm that has groups (not present in the current base realm, e.g. /). If on embedded environment select /even realm.
4. Groups list will not update according to realm change (on emebedded environment for example additional group is not shown).
