      Description

Secret repository contains a method to get the resolved secrets which are the decrypted values of the encrypted data in the repository. (in file based - cipher-text-properties file). It is better to have a another method to get the encrypted value also (without decrypting). Because we can fed this values to some call back handler...

Asela, As we discussed off-line, the better approach is to have the capability of having a secret repository per each secret callback handler (global or local repository). Secret Manager and the repository that is coupled to it should be merged. It would require a little bit refactoring... Would you have time for doing it yourself? I will try to find some time too.

        Thanks,

        Indika
