Description

SERVER_IP returns 127.0.0.1 when the bind address is set in axis2.xml

Reproducing steps

• set <parameter name="bind-address" locked="false">x.x.x.x</parameter> in axis2.xml
• log the of the SERVER_IP in synapse config
