Description

The ra_dav implementation of RA->get_file() will
sometimes feed the provided stream with svndiff
data, rather than the plain text. It needs to be
fixed to properly compose the source text with the
incoming diff data to produce the plain text.

This involves changing the RA callbacks to include
fetching of a stream for the text base which
corresponds to whichever properties were returned
by the get_wc_prop callback.
