    Description

"svn log" should have an option for saying what files changed in a commit,
and how. It's only a matter of project policy that we list all the
changed files when writing log messages -- not all projects will do the
same, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to find out what changed!
      :-)

Actually, the code for this was written and then disable due to
inefficiency. Then some time after that, svn_repos_get_logs() was
rewritten; so the disabled code needs to be revisited and either enabled,
      or fixed and enabled.

      Search for "#ifndef SVN_REPOS_ALLOW_LOG_WITH_PATHS" in libsvn_repos/log.c.
